I spoke to a recruiter on a Monday and she was very nice and professional. I sent in a resume but they also ask that you fill out an online application. She told me there would be a 1:1 interview with the district manager. They were realigning districts so she said I would get a call no later than Friday. At the end they asked pay requirements and after I told her my expectations she asked if I was negotiable since they have a competitive bonus structure. I said no.
