First there was a phone call interview with an HR recruiter, then an online technical assessment, then an in person technical interview in Upper Saddle River with a developer on the team

General questions on C and C++ and work experience
The first weird thing was the interview was never actually confirmed, I just received a date to show up. The in person was fine but the online assessment was in multiple languages, which seemed unreasonable considering I told them I'm most proficient in only one.
