The interview process was very frustrating. I was granted two robotic phone interviews over a three month time frame. Earth Fare's diversity at the executive level is nearly nonexistent.
Submitted resume via website. Was contacted about 2 weeks later for a face to face interview.
Met with store manager and crc manager. Said I should hear something back in 2 weeks.
