The interview process was totally disconnected. Interviewers with no experience in listening the candidates answer instead keep asking questions with no sense. The interviews failed in stakeholder management skills. The interview was average. Seems that the interviewer has setup some answers in his mind, and want to listen to his exact words from his candidates.
