Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en EY (East Palo Alto, CA) en oct 2009
Entrevista
I was flown in from out of state. I got there in the afternoon and then met E&Y and other candidates at a restaurant for a social gathering. It was a little hard to talk to different people because you were stuck with the people at your table. The next morning was the interview. It went from 9 to 3. There were presentations about different programs in the company and then three one-on-one interviews. Then I went to lunch with some new hires. There was a last presentation and then I was flown home. Everyone was nice and it was a really 'fair' interview. I didn't get an offer though. The one thing that was really annoying is that I didn't get reimbursed for my travel expenses until 3 months later because their processing took forever and I had to call some number of some office in Texas several times to get my check.
Smooth process. Didn't take a long time to hearing back from the Company. Don't need to be stressed out. Just prepare your stories and get ready to crush the interview.

I had an Interview with a HR, which was easy with no technical questions and only about personal preferences and skills. She told me about the position and who are they looking for and why are recruiting right now.
