I went through three rounds of interviews. First was an initial screening, 2nd was with the HR manager, a little long, seemed more of a really trying to find someone they already have in mind, don’t really seem open to the idea of someone new, and the last interview was with the director of the department, very quick, seemed like a nice guy, but didn’t add any real substance to the interview it honestly was just more of a quick hello. Said I would hear back the next day and I never heard back from them. One month later, and not even a rejection email. What a shame. They really let my hopes up but ghosted me in the end.
