Really disappointed with recruiting team and their hiring policies as I reached to the venue on time but still my first round was taken around 5 pm in the evening even after clearing first round I was waiting for second round to then I came to know that the university through which I have completed my graduation and post graduation are black listed as per their company policy. Really don't know what kind of policy they are having which is restricting a candidate from a job offer . I requested them tha they can run a background check which every organisation alreday do ,but they refused to listen anything . I was already having a experience of ?more than five years in an organisation and never such an issue ,but ghys is some thing that is needs to be changed.

Very Basic, nothing too advanced. Easy if you have experience and it matches the hiring requirements. If you can explain the workflow of your previous job roles, will make significant impact. At the end of day, every company provides training, but what they seek in a candidate is, if he/she can improvise while working given not deviating from the training guidelines
