3 interview rounds. Elimination at every stage. After the IQ test 20 were shortlisted. After 1st interview 10 were left. After second 8 were left and finally 5 were selected.
All one on one interview. First was taken by a Manager then a Sr Manager and then a future team member

Case questions, Puzzles and Probability questions. Interview was a mix of PI and walking through the resume. They did ask why EXL etc
10 prisoners are standing in a queue wearing black or white caps. They dont know what cap they are wearing. If they tell the correct cap on their head they will be set free
Moderate interview process with theory based and practical based, you will have to show on screen and client rounds are there
And they can take Upto 7 rounds of interview
They had two process, after telephonic discussion with HR. One virtual technical then another with VP face to face. They typically asked about BA, scrum, project handling, and your role
Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
