We traveled from Laguna to Pasay City to apply for work at Pasay. Instead of having the chance to apply to other companies, EXL wasted our time.
Lunch hours or before that we were applying in EXL. They asked us to fill up all forms that included all our information. They even asked us about our experience in total for the CSR position. We waited hours since they told us we'd get interviewed. This means our profile passed for us to get an initial interview. Again we waited hours!
Then when it was my turn to get interviewed. HR asked me for all of my info then at the end she asked me how many months or years was my experience. I told her I got 4 months only which was again already asked before and was already indicated in my forms that we filled up hours earlier. I waited, answered forms, and even answered all her questions for her to only say at the end
"Unfortunately, we are looking for a year of experience or more"
I was like ???. Why waste my time? Got home at 9 pm. Money and time got wasted.
Luckily I got hired by a Big company that sees my worth.

First round was communication, it was ok but the ops round is worse, not giving feedback after selection. So overall hr team is worst. And the management is too weak.
It Is very easy and friendly yet you need to complete assessments including typing speed and language validation. The minimum words per second was 30. While the minimum requirements for the language test was 60%.

Entrevista
It was smooth and pretty easy. There were two rounds of online interviews, an oral round and a written round. On how to handle some customer issues. They also asked about the traits a customer service employee should possess.
