Exl came to our campus in the month of September for full time role of business analyst. The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. First round was an aptitude round with 60 mcqs (20 logical+ 20 quant+20 verbal) which had to be completed in 75 mins. The second round was technical cum HR round where resume projects were discussed in detail as well as interviewer wanted to know about academic and co-curricular participation. The third round was again very similar to the second round. Second and third round lasted 30 minutes each.

Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
