Interview was fine It was a group interview HOWEVER THE RECRUITERS MISLEAD THEIR CANDIDATES, you have to beg them for an update and when you do get an update it’s an incomplete sentences and a friend of mine got blocked after asking for a proper explanation which is completely unprofessional. They should not mislead the people as it takes money that one don’t have to get there as we unemployed looking for a job and then we get mislead and treated like trash, because what professional recruiter takes all your details,bank,sars etc and then blocks you?? If we unsuccessful then say so don’t beat around the bush and treat us like trash!

First round was communication, it was ok but the ops round is worse, not giving feedback after selection. So overall hr team is worst. And the management is too weak.
It Is very easy and friendly yet you need to complete assessments including typing speed and language validation. The minimum words per second was 30. While the minimum requirements for the language test was 60%.

It was smooth and pretty easy. There were two rounds of online interviews, an oral round and a written round. On how to handle some customer issues. They also asked about the traits a customer service employee should possess.
