They came to our college in January 2018 for Campus placements. First, there was an aptitude test online and around 20 students were selected for interviews. I had Two rounds of interview. After first round, 10 students were selected for 2nd round of interviews and Finally 4 were offered the job.
In both the interviews, they asked about Guesstimates, Puzzles and some strategy analysis questions
Moderate interview process with theory based and practical based, you will have to show on screen and client rounds are there
And they can take Upto 7 rounds of interview
They had two process, after telephonic discussion with HR. One virtual technical then another with VP face to face. They typically asked about BA, scrum, project handling, and your role
Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
