Entrevista
I was contacted via a recruitment agency on LinkedIn then my CV was sent to ESP Utilities Group. I was invited to a first interview which consisted of competency based questions such as 'give me an example of a time when.....' The interview lasted around an hour and was with the team leader as well as the hiring manager. Both did their best to make me feel welcome and everyone was very friendly.
From this interview I was invited back for a second interview via telephone from agency a few days later. The second interview was with the CFO. Questions were based off of your CV as well as general questions such as why this role, what are you looking for in this role and a company in general.
