I applied online and in couple of days I got a call for initial screening (HR interview) followed by in person interview. Then I waited for around couple of weeks for their decision.

Mostly behavioral questions like tell me about yourself. Tell me a time when you led a team and what task did you perform. Tell me time when you instruct a worker technically (That was an unexpected one), your five year plans etc.
