The interviewer wasn't friendly, didn't even introduce themselves, launched straight into asking 20 questions, half were already visible on my cv and half were on the application form. This was not an interview, it was more like a confirmation of what I had already submitted, and I felt that the interviewer had no concept of how to interview, what the role was or that they had even read my cv beforehand
