Had an initial screening call with the recruiter in the beginning of June for Management Consultant role. Then a period of 3 weeks with no response back even though the recruiter was very interested in my profile. Then had a second round with two principal consultants 3 weeks later who also liked my profile and said I was a good fit for the role. I emailed them to thank them for their time and ask for next steps. Fast forward more than a month later after, the recruiter has ghosted me. A second recruiter also reached out and ghosted me again and now it’s the end of July. Complete waste of time to speak to this company and no regard to interviewees at all. Interview process is pretty standard as most companies for similar roles so there were no surprises there.
