Was given a call to discuss by a recruiting rep and answer basic questions. Rep called me a week later and wanted to schedule and in person interview with the hiring manager. In person was with the line manager, and Partner in the firm. Basic and technical questions. Job offered 2 weeks later.

Completed a 30 minute screening interview that was very positive. Was told I would be contacted within a week and then never heard from them again. The follow up emails I sent were also ignored.
