Recruiter phone screening, writing assessment, then two consecutive 45 minute interviews with managers and partners. First interview was focused on client relationships and collaboration. The second was more about critical thinking. From application submission to offer acceptance, the process was about 2.5 months.

Entrevista
There are 2 rounds of interview. First one is with recruiter and second round is with hiring manager of the particular team. The whole process takes approximately 1 month. Interviews can be done both online and onsite.

The worst interview process I ever had
Basically it was an HR call followed by two interviews with both a manager and a principal. All the interviews went smoothly but after more than one month, still no answer. I called them multiple time over 3 weeks to ask and everytime they said like « we are interested » but not give a definitive answer and after nearly 2 month after the end of the process finally send me a mail. They didn’t had thé respect to call to explain.
Anyway, if they start talking too much get away from them, worst process I ever had
Long and took HR a really long time to respond to any email or if there would be another interview. many panel interviews and repetitive questions. Did not really care for experience rather connection.
