A HR contacted me via linkedin a year before. That time was not ok for me but I told the HR I was interested, so they contacted me again a couple of months later and the process went the same :-) By the third contact I was available so we agreed a date and time for a phone interview. It took 30 minutes, covered a lot of fields: what did I do as a trainee and what do people do at Epam. My english was also tested. Then I got a 90-minute long test that I had to solve at home at my computer. It was fairly hard and long but I did well, so I got invited for a personal interview. I met a man who asked me exactly the same questions that the HR on phone last week :-) Plus some technical ones, i.e. what is OOP and polymorphism, what is method-overloading, etc. It took 1 hour and I felt myself really good. At the and he asked me my salary claim. He offered a little bit less and said that they give me time to think it over. After that I had some questions than said good-bye. Days later the HR called me and we discussed the details.
