Q: Java questions on new features for the version you used, interfaces, abstract classes, hashmaps, etc.
Two steps. First step is hr interview, second step is tech interview.
Interview looks like a test. Additional english step.
Usually, you have two interviewers. One of them asks about core, second interviewer asks about additional technologies near your language.

1. Approached by recruiter from EPAM Poland, quick overview of position.
2. Phone interview with HR, discussion of experience, quick oral assessment of English language level.
3. Technical interview with live coding.
4. Interview with Resource Manager. Mostly just discussions on general topics.
5. Technical interview with future team.
6. Final interview with the Client.
