Interview process takes 4 steps.
1 - 30 minutes call with the HR consultant. General questions about relevant knowledge and experiences aggregate for the opening.
2 - Technical interview with Senior specialist or manager in the area. A lot of practical questions related to your previous experience and how you handle situations.
3 - Manager of the area preparation for the clients interview. No questions or little about you. Take notes and do home work about the client.
4 - Interview with the client, multiple people. In my case, they structured the interview in two rounds. First talking about me and experiences and second is a practical test.

How do you handle scope creep?
Long process. First, a recruiter interview. Next, a 1.5-hour technical interview. Then a manager interview, and finally a client interview. In between, I had some additional questions asked by email – even though I had already completed the 1.5-hour technical interview.

i did general interview and it was pretty easy and questions are very common ones. They are reaching you with mail and pretty good communication and it was online interview
friendly and professional recruting team, fast and responsive. detailed and nice feedbacks afterwards. However mostly book and technical based questions rather than professional background. Otherthan fine and good, maybe next time.
