Applied via LinkedIn followed by an hour-long phone interview. Very structured interview - the interviewer mentioned that there are several competency questions that are required by Engie for all interviews. Really good interview as I also got a good chance to ask a lot of questions about the project and find out in-depth what the role would involve. Was made an offer but unfortunately had to decline because of the location - it would have involved a move across the country for a relatively short term project.
