There were 3 stages, online chat, phone interview and face to face interview. I got to the last stage and thought it went really well and was told I’d hear in 24 hours. Turns out I was unsuccessful and honestly I don’t know how cause I have the experience and I got on with the interviewer well.

2nd - sepia ai interview 5 questions online chat. Sends you feedback.
3rd - telephone interview. Introduction to the job, hours etc more questions about yourself.
4th - in person interview

- listen to some calls
- formal interview
- part 1 answering questions about the calls you heard.
- part 2 a presentation about something you are passionate about or they might not know
- part 3 scenario questions

What did you hear on the calls? Would you have done anything different?
A short and informal ten minute phone call conversation. Did not get much time to answer each question before they were moving on to the next one. Felt quite rushed.
