Interview process for Key Worker from EDT was very unusual from my previous experiences. Happened through Zoom, showed up different people from actually confirmed on the interview invitation email - everything seemed so rushed- questions were fairly easy just wanting to know if you good at working target driven environments, one the Manger hang up the meeting before me so though that was rude but anyway I got accepted but had the worst experience with HR so I did withdraw my contract. Overall not a nice experience so would not recommend to anyone.
