Very long and tedious process.
Found an opening on LinkedIn. Applied online (April 2017).
Got an email notification that I have been preselected.
Then a phone call, telephone interview. Validated.
Then an invitation to RH cabinet for tests. Logics test and personality test + a long and profound interview. I have to say that this part of the process was the nicest and the funniest :)
Got validated. Got an invitation to the 'recruitment campaign' (May 2017).
There passed 2 interviews with each time 2 managers from different departments.
Now the fun part starts: got a feedback that I have been 'validated' but not for this position.
2 Months later got an offer to start in another department.
Long and tedious negotiations of the salary, not at all understanding from the EDF part, they made me 'validate' my european Phd from a top university to find an 'equivalent' to the French one.
2 months later I refused the offer. Sad to say that they really failed at this step.
