The interview felt rather cold as I never got the proper chance to speak to a person throughout the process. It took them 3 months to come back to me with any decisions and it was the typical rejection email which was probably generated by another AI. Genuinely so frustrating every job out there doesn’t even bother to have a real breathing human getting back to applicants anymore.
