HR is kind and will want to know your hobbies. Exam will be neuro exam and actual cad drawing. Nothing scary. Just present your self in a good manner and be humble enough.

There will be four types of tests: numerical skills, behavioral, essay on engineering knowledge, and CAD. The first two are the common types of tests. The essay contains four questions, from which you will answer two. The questions go like: what is the process in detailed engineering design; what is the process in design/construction of power facilities; what is your view on globalization of engineering. The actual interview is conducted in FIlipino.
