The first interview was with the hiring manager. After our interview he mentioned he would call me back regarding the next steps, never heard back from him. I have noticed that the job has still been open after 7 months and it makes me wonder how can it be that impossible to find a candidate with such an overwhelming amount of professionals in the HR talent pool.
