The interview/hiring process was long but not hard. The first interview is a brief overview of the position and the company with a "get to know you" elevator pitch type conversation. The second interview was 4 hours long. In the second interview, you first take an assessment to evaluate your problem solving skills. It felt like the SAT and GATE program from k-12 combined into one test. You have a time limit of 15 minutes and then you move into the person-to-person interviews. I had 2 of these that lasted about 30 minutes each. After this, you complete a writing assessment with a prompt provided from your recruiter. It took about 3 weeks for them to respond about their decision.

Entrevista
EAB drags on interview processes for weeks (and often months). They do not provide much transparency on timelines/steps and their interviews aren't crafted to really get to know your qualifications. I've interviewed more than once and it was always a gigantic waste of time.

Most questions are based on familiarity with the industry and having you guess how things would go if you were in that role (without them having shared much about the role), not about talking through qualifications and past experiences.

Entrevista
Easy and quick. Normal interview questions on workstyle and relevant experience. They will ask you about things that will eventually become part of the everyday job, so it makes sense and it also very practical
After completing an online assessment that included sections on both math and personality evaluation, I'm currently awaiting any feedback or updates on the outcome of the assessment. This is unfortunate.
