Initially I applied on Linkedin and i got contacted by the external agency who was doing the hiring for E2Open in UK. The interview process was pretty much simple. Initially I had a call with team Lead where he asked me about scenario based question and wanted to see my thinking process for approaching different tasks. Then after that there was a technical call with one of senior member of the team. it was quite a conversatonal call where we talked about different technologies and then he asked me questions related to the database and data modelling and provides me the case study to idenitfy the dimensions, fact and keys for each of the dimension from the data. Then after that i got the offer from them, the process took 2 to 3 weeks. I accepted the offer and i was a student at that time and according to the home office rules i can successfully able to switch the visa as well. Everything was mentioned in my cv that i am student and currenty enrolled in this course. but after providing the offer company took the offer back due to that and was not interested to hire me. it was very bad and unethical experience from the company. I contacted the manager and explained him how eagrly want to join the company but didn't got the response. sick system, unprofessional people where they don't review your cv in detail and at the end you have to face the consequences.
