From the time I applied for the role to the selection point, it was a very quick process. All was done in around 2 weeks and this included doing an application to the training provider, then an application form to E.ON and then was an invitation to E.ON the following week. The assessment centre was well organised and relaxed with friendly and helpful members. It consisted of: - Some group exercises - An individual presentation - An interview In the same week, I was contacted that I was successful.
