Initial phone screen with recruiter about position and background. After had a phone interview with lead release engineer with more in depth conversation about past experiences and agile/scrum knowledge. Next was a 4 part video interview with team from analyst, testers, and scrum masters in company. The team came off very cold and unenthused during video interview. They did not make me excited to work with them or even continue on with interview but I did. Last round was with the VP of engineering. He also came off very rigid and bully-ish during the interview. I'm sure it's a great company but I wouldn't recommend it. I left the interview knowing it was practice run.
