Initial stage, design challenge on the spot - with a new concept. A cross section Q and A, and a portfolio review. Very friendly though, was on teams and lasted 60mins

Teams interview with 30mins discussing applicant background and suitability for the position.
Followed by 15mins of technical questions, including theoretical situations that the applicant has to describe what they would do and how they would achieve that.
The final 15minutes is set aside for over-run and Q&A from the applicant to the interviewers regarding the role and the company.

In a situation where the company is looking to design a new product to fit a particular market, you are given a blank specification and asked to go start idea generation and development. How would you approach the idea generation and development in this situation?
2 stage interview, a bit hard, technical question. Study, study, study, learn learn learn as much as you, dont lazy ya. Keep hardworking, keep study, learn, and learn, get tips from google and youtube.
