Process consisted of three interviews. First interview was a phone interview from the senior it manager. Questions were common ones like why are you looking for a job? What kind of job are you looking for? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Second interview was with HR. This interview gaged your personality and how well you will fit into the culture. The HR lady is pretty serious and formal. The third interview was with the IT Manager and this was a more technical interview. The third interview included a meet and greet with executives and owners who in turn asked a few questions of their own. Overall the process was tedious as you answer the same questions multiple times and no information is shared between interviewers. One thing to note. If offered the position they ask you to get your own background check.
