First, they fool you in with different titles, but all you're doing is selling things inside of stores. You can "move up" when you convince enough idiots to work for you and then bank off their sales. Interview was for 11:15, I got there at 11:05, to find 4 others in the "lobby." It was not a group interview, I was finally called in around 11:35. When there, you notice a large room behind the front "desk," guy at the desk was playing on an iPad, no computer, nothing. There is ONE office. The owner, or " one of theHR managers or hiring managers" as they referred to him on the phone, interviewed at an equally unimpressive desk. He talks up his business, attempts to talk up clients. Claims AT&T outsourced their marketing to them. No, they let them sell their product in stores like Best Buy and Costco.
The most unprofessional interview I have ever been on. Sloppy suits, basically desks with nothing in/on them to give the illusion of a real company. Hire absolutely everyone that comes through, so don't feel special. Funny thing is, since then, I have gotten calls from two other companies that do the exact same thing, that I know I didn't apply for. Most likely sold/gave out my resume without permission.
Unfortunately, this is a new company with not many real reviews.
