most are group interview, hypothetical questions, long hiring process, fifteen days of training plus testing and quizzes. questions that involve getting to know you vs experience. feels like you and others are competing for answers.
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.

Entrevista
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
