The interview was very chill. I don't know that the questions were relevant to how good of a barista you'd be, but it was fine. The dress code was casual and the questions were personal.

If someone pulled up to the drive-thru crying, what would you do? What kind of music do you listen to?
It was like a big party and they pulled us back for an interview one at a time. Very laid back and everyone was very nice. I ended up getting a job offer in the following couple of days.

At Dutch bros coffee the interview turned into a working interview where they left me to work the stand at the window for over an hour and they left. They returned and dismissed me for the day with the end of shift and I never heard back.

Entrevista
The interview process was very motivating and really showed what they expected from us. I was so inspired by one of the interviewers that I shed some tears from the story of her short but very successful career at Dutch Bros.
