Entrevista
A mass hiring party of several dozen people, where you sign up and go interview one-on-one with a manager, shift lead, or assistant manager based on the order you registered. It was a relatively short, five minute interview. They look for people who are genuine, and have a natural kindness or charisma without being forced. Based on the interview, they call you in for a second round, where they learn more about who you are, and offer you a job based on that.
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.

Entrevista
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
