      Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 4 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Dustin Group (Nijmegen) en abr 2025

      Entrevista

      I was connected with a recruiting agency who forwarded my portfolio to Dustin. It got accepted and got planned for the first phone interview. The Interview process went really smooth. Tech stack and interests very matching. However after few days I got a rejection email which was really surprising. I received a call from the recruiting agency that they have rejected due to the answer I gave for choosing Dustin. I mentioned quite a lot of things including growth, culture and tech stack on my interests. However, I also mentioned that financials as the last interests. I mean we all work for money. But the Talent Acquisition Partner concluded that I am only interested for the money and not other things. How absurd this is? I would like to check on the Talent Acquisition Partner if Dustin didn't give you salary for 3 months let me see how motivated(or loyal) you are to be the part of it without salary. No one works for free. So, for sure salary is a motivation for switching jobs than what was wrong in stating the reality? If this is not the reason than only reason I can think of is racist attitude.
