The hiring manager and another program manager comprised the two person panel. It was a very cordial, friendly process. I received a call back with a tentative offer within the specified time frame of 1 week, however the actual on-boarding process took an additional 30 days to complete background check, reference check, and drug screening, then being signed off by management
