I had one interview in which I met with the regional manager and afterwards I was hired on the spot based on my previous cashier/barista experience and also my willingness to learn new skills and if I would eventually be interested in a leadership position. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Very quick one-time interview, onboarding process with standardized in-person training and online training as well as training to be provided on the job. Spoke with the manager in person for about half an hour and covered standard questions about my skills and availability. Kind of hectic during the afternoon shift but fine otherwise.
