Very brief. I was simply asked if I would like the job. I was offered the job on the spot, but it was for a very specific job that I felt that I was underqualified for.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
