Make sure to speak to manager face to face and dress nicely (NO JEANS).

I met the manager and after serving me a coffee drink, we began with some small talk about his and my family. Then he was all business and started to ask some basic questions about my skills, strengths and weaknesses. This took all of ten minutes and after thanking him for his time, we shook hands and I left.
