Simple. There is a paper application process, as well as an online submission. The manager has a sit down in person interview and asks some personal as well as behavioral questions.

There were a lot of situation questions that did not pertain to the position, so it made you think outside of the normal scheme.

It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer

Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
