Received a phone call from someone from the HR department. Asked basic screening questions about my experiences, if I was a new grad, salary expectations and was invited to do an interview in person two days later. Had an interview with two of the Managers in Fund Administrators who seemed absolutely clueless, socially awkward or anti-social. Both of them obviously did not review my resume before asking me questions and winged it and just asked anything they felt was necessary to ask at an interview such as strengths and weaknesses, and nothing personal. Asked what I did as a junior accountant - which I did at two different places but did not specify which place which showed they were just questioning me on my resume as they just started going through it. Also asked if I had fund accounting experience, when I obviously did not state so in my resume. Overall, a bad horrible experience.
