Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Drybar (Phoenix, AZ) en ago 2014
Entrevista
Drybar emailed me after I applied online to come in and bring a model with med-long hair. Me and 2 other stylists shampooed, and blew our models out-the manager kept showing us how to do it their way and some weird tricks you have to do to the hair while drying it. Another manager asked us questions about availability and we were done. I promptly got an email back the next day saying they were not interested in me at this time. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 23 years! I was disappointed at first, but now I am very glad after reading all the other reviews from employees! I got a much better job offer shortly after where I am allowed my creative freedom and the time I need to properly do each individual clients hair properly!

First was a sit down interview with the manager, which was scheduled by a recruiter. Then came back and auditioned with a model a blowout and curls. It was pretty straightforward.

Interview was casual, I had worked at a previous location, so I felt like it wasn't as in depth for that reason. It was two parts, one was just a chat with the hiring manager, the other was a half day of technical styling on clients to prove you can do the styles.

They asked how I got along with clients and stylists, working through a difficult situation or unhappy guest.
Easy interview - your availability and you do a test run of doing someone’s blow out. You bring a client to style and show you can do a service within 45mins.
