I made it to the third round of interviews, which I was very happy with because it had been a long time since I had a good interview experience. Previously, I had read on glassdoor that Drizly never provides feedback on the interviews and what you could do to improve in the future...so I discussed how important it was in my third interview. I was emailed a few days later and was cut from the interview process WITH NO FEEDBACK! shocking!!! Should have listened to the many reviews on how they don't ever provide feedback.

What was a time where you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you deal with them? (and let me add they ask this question in maybe 5 other ways just over and over).
The interview process at Drizly starting with a call with the recruiter, then meeting with multiple people, and then participating in an activity. Both were simple enough, but they do critique.

What are your weaknesses? What are your strengths?
Send in video that you have to record with your cell phone answering questions then 2 rounds of interviews over phone and zoom. One with a supervisor in there department and the next with the manager.

Entrevista
The interview process was very streamlined and organized. There was very open and transparent communication about what next steps were, who I would be speaking with, and even what I would be assessed on. Everyone was very nice, professional, and well prepared.
