Pretty standard. First, I chatted with a recruiter. Then I met with a variety of different team members one-on-one. Then I had to do a take-home assignment and present it to the team. Ultimately, It was clear they didn't know what level they were hiring for and their evaluation criteria showed this. There were major delays throughout the process, literally weeks between steps, and a lack of communication that diluted their employer brand even further than what I had learned. It's sad because the team clearly needs help but they don't know what they need; maybe they do but they're seeking perfection in a world for biases will hinder you from finding it.

They had me do a 30 60 90 plan based on what I had learned throughout the interview process.
I got this response from them. It’s ok to not be considered for the role but I think a little more emotional intelligence should have been put in this email (specifically the second paragraph). Good they are hiring a lead recruiter
