Cold applied. Received invite two weeks after applying. Recruiter screen (phone), 1st round (phone): peer case study on basic statistics (1 hour) by phone, 2nd round (video): peer case study followed by hiring manager. Phone rejection by recruiter (wish she could have sounded less excited to schedule this call, because I went in thinking it was an offer).

Relatively robust interview process including 3 case studies and multiple personality interviews. I interviewed for 2 positions, 7 interviews in total. I was passed up for both positions, despite passing all case studies, for other candidates. The only disappointing part is the recruiters presented themselves as willing to be transparent about feedback, but didn't give me any tangible feedback either time I was rejected. They just told me that both teams really liked me but went with another candidate and couldn't explain much more which was a little disappointing after spend over a month and a half in the interviewing process.
