Process was easy and the team was very open about the culture and working at Draftkings. I appreciated that the interview panel consisted of people I would be working with day-to-day.

Over several months, there were 3 separate rounds of interviews, PLUS a 6-person panel interview. I would recommend DK improve lines of communication and transparency on delays. On several occasions, I was told dates when I would hear back, but those dates were not met (or even close). I had to proactively follow up every single time I ended up getting an update on timing, and even then it often took days before hearing anything back.
